Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDA1 (Downstream of OBF-1 and B lymphoid-specific protein 1) is a key protein involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of gene expression and maintenance of genome stability. Research has shown that DDA1 is crucial in modulating the ubiquitin-proteasome system, particularly in the context of protein degradation and cellular signaling pathways. Its role in the immune system has garnered attention, as DDA1 seems to influence the development and function of B cells, which are essential for adaptive immunity. Furthermore, mutations and dysregulation of DDA1 have been linked to several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain types of cancers. The recombinant DDA1 protein is being extensively studied to unravel its structural properties and functional mechanisms, providing insights into its interactions with other cellular proteins and elucidating its role in post-translational modifications. Researchers are particularly interested in exploring its potential as a therapeutic target, given its significant implications in immune regulation and tumorigenesis. The production of recombinant DDA1 facilitates high-throughput screening and functional assays, crucial for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
