稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1S recombinant protein research has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in the complement system, specifically as a component of the classical pathway. C1S, a serine protease, is essential for the activation of the complement cascade, which is vital for innate immunity and host defense against pathogens. Dysregulation of the complement system can lead to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammatory conditions. The production of recombinant C1S allows for detailed biochemical studies and the development of therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating complement activation pathways. Advances in genetic engineering and protein expression technologies have enabled researchers to produce C1S in heterologous systems, facilitating large-scale production and purification. Characterization of recombinant C1S helps in understanding its structure-function relationships, highlighting its interactions with other complement components and receptors. Moreover, as novel therapeutic strategies involving complement modulation emerge, recombinant C1S offers a promising avenue for designing targeted treatments that can effectively manage complement-related diseases. Overall, the research on C1S recombinant protein is pivotal for both basic science and clinical applications, leading to innovations in immunotherapy and personalized medicine.
