Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The NF-kB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) family of transcription factors plays a critical role in regulating immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. Among its members, NF-kB2, also known as p100/p52, is unique as it can exist in both a precursor form (p100) and a processed active form (p52). Research has shown that NF-kB2 is crucial in mediating various biological processes, including lymphocyte differentiation, apoptosis, and responses to cytokines. Dysregulation of NF-kB2 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Over the years, the study of recombinant NF-kB2 has provided insights into its structure-function relationship, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other proteins. Additionally, the development of recombinant technologies has allowed for the production of functional NF-kB2 proteins, facilitating the investigation of their role in signaling pathways and potential as therapeutic targets. The exploration of NF-kB2 not only enhances our understanding of immunological functions but also holds promise for novel treatment strategies in conditions associated with NF-kB pathway abnormalities.
