稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HHEX (hematopoietically expressed homeobox) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in embryonic development and cell differentiation, particularly in the hematopoietic and vascular systems. As a member of the homeobox gene family, HHEX is essential in the regulation of gene expression during key developmental processes. Research has shown that HHEX is involved in various biological functions, including hematopoiesis, organogenesis, and even cancer progression. Abnormal expression or mutations of HHEX have been associated with various pathologies, including congenital disorders and malignancies, making it a significant focus of investigation in developmental biology and oncology. The study of HHEX recombinant proteins enables researchers to dissect its functional domains, elucidate mechanisms of DNA binding, and understand its interactions with other proteins within the cellular context. These investigations not only enhance our comprehension of HHEX's role in normal physiological processes but also provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases associated with dysregulated gene expression and developmental anomalies. Overall, the exploration of HHEX and its recombinantly expressed proteins is vital for advancing our understanding of transcriptional regulation and its implications in health and disease.
