稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HRMT1L6, also known as Histone Methyltransferase 1 Like 6, is an enzyme belonging to the family of protein arginine methyltransferases. It plays a crucial role in the post-translational modification of histones, which is essential for regulating gene expression and maintaining chromatin structure. The research surrounding HRMT1L6 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various biological processes, including cellular differentiation and development. Studies have shown that abnormal regulation of HRMT1L6 and its associated pathways can contribute to several diseases, including cancers, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled scientists to investigate the precise mechanisms by which HRMT1L6 influences transcriptional regulation and its interactions with other epigenetic modifiers. Furthermore, understanding the functional roles of HRMT1L6 in different tissues and developmental stages could provide new insights into targeted therapies. The recombinant expression of HRMT1L6 protein is critical for characterizing its enzymatic activity and potential as a therapeutic target. This has opened new avenues for drug discovery and development aimed at modulating HRMT1L6's activity to restore normal epigenetic functions disrupted in various pathological conditions. Overall, the study of HRMT1L6 not only enhances our understanding of epigenetic regulation but also holds promise for innovative approaches in treating diseases linked to dysregulated histone methylation patterns.
