Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNFSF7, also known as CD70, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, which plays a crucial role in immune regulation and inflammation. It is primarily expressed on activated T cells and antigen-presenting cells and binds to its receptor, CD27, to provide important costimulatory signals for T cell proliferation and survival. Research into TNFSF7 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer immunotherapy, autoimmunity, and infectious diseases. The ability of TNFSF7 to enhance T cell responses makes it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions, particularly in enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Recombinant TNFSF7 protein has been developed for various studies to better understand its functional properties, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with immune cells. Understanding the role of TNFSF7 in immune responses can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies that manipulate immune pathways for disease treatment. Overall, the investigation of TNFSF7-recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its biological functions and therapeutic potentials, highlighting its significance in both fundamental immunology and clinical applications.
