稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GSTP2 (glutathione S-transferase P2) is a member of the glutathione S-transferase (GST) family, which plays a crucial role in detoxifying endogenous and exogenous compounds by conjugating them with glutathione. The expression of GSTP2 is often upregulated in various cancers, making it a significant focus of research concerning its role in tumorigenesis, resistance to chemotherapy, and overall cellular stress response. Studies have demonstrated that GSTP2 can modulate the metabolic activation of procarcinogens and protect cells from oxidative damage. Additionally, its polymorphisms are linked to varying responses to cancer therapies, underscoring its potential as a biomarker for personalized medicine. The recombinant expression of GSTP2 allows for detailed structural and functional studies, providing insights into its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with substrates and inhibitors. Understanding GSTP2's function at a molecular level can lead to the development of targeted therapeutics, enhancing the efficacy of existing treatments and potentially leading to better clinical outcomes for cancer patients. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing GSTP2 and its interactions within the cellular environment, which may reveal novel therapeutic targets to overcome drug resistance and improve cancer management strategies.
