稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GSTP1 (Glutathione S-Transferase P1) is a member of the GST superfamily, which plays a crucial role in the detoxification of endogenous and exogenous compounds through conjugation with glutathione. Elevated GSTP1 expression is often associated with various cancers, making it a significant biomarker for tumorigenesis and progression. Its ability to neutralize oxidative stress and metabolize chemotherapeutic agents poses challenges in cancer treatment, as high levels of GSTP1 can lead to drug resistance. Moreover, genetic polymorphisms in the GSTP1 gene may influence individual susceptibility to cancer and response to therapy, highlighting the need for comprehensive studies. Research on recombinant GSTP1 proteins provides valuable insights into the enzyme's structure-function relationships and facilitates the development of targeted therapies. By expressing and purifying GSTP1 in recombinant systems, researchers can investigate its enzymatic activity, interactions with potential inhibitors, and implications in cancer metabolism. This line of investigation is critical for understanding the role of GSTP1 in cancer biology and for designing strategies to overcome resistance mechanisms instigated by elevated GSTP1 levels in tumors. As such, GSTP1 remains a focal point for ongoing research in pharmacogenomics and precision medicine, aiming to improve therapeutic outcomes for cancer patients.
