稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P34 recombinant protein has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology due to its potential applications in various research and therapeutic contexts. This protein, originally derived from specific microbial pathogens, plays a crucial role in understanding disease mechanisms, host-pathogen interactions, and immune responses. Researchers have sought to produce P34 in a recombinant form to study its structure and function in detail, allowing for insights into its biological activities and potential for use as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The ability to express P34 in heterologous systems such as E. coli or yeast facilitates the generation of large quantities of the protein, making it accessible for experimental purposes. Additionally, the recombinant form allows for modifications that enhance stability and functionality, further broadening its application scope. Investigating P34 also holds promise for vaccine development, as understanding its immunogenic properties could lead to innovative approaches for preventing infections related to the pathogens from which it is derived. As the research progresses, P34 may provide valuable insights into pathogen biology and contribute to the development of new diagnostic tools and treatment strategies, highlighting its significance in contemporary biomedical research.
