稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSPG4, also known as NG2 (Neural Glial Antigen 2), is a chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan predominantly expressed in various tissues, including the nervous system and certain types of tumors. It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation, making it a significant molecule in developmental biology and cancer research. The interest in CSPG4 protein has surged due to its involvement in tumorigenesis and potential as a therapeutic target, especially in aggressive cancers like melanoma and glioblastoma. Researchers have been focusing on the recombinant expression of CSPG4 to study its structure-function relationships and elucidate its interactions with cellular pathways. The recombinant protein can serve as a critical tool for developing targeted therapies, assessing the mechanistic roles of CSPG4 in tumor biology, and exploring its potential as a biomarker. Recent advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of high-purity CSPG4 proteins, facilitating various in vitro and in vivo studies. Understanding the biological functions and underlying mechanisms of CSPG4 through recombinant protein research could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies in oncology and regenerative medicine.
