Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPA1A, a member of the heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) family, plays a critical role in cellular stress responses, protein folding, and protection against apoptosis. During stress conditions such as heat shock, oxidative stress, or exposure to toxins, HSPA1A is upregulated, facilitating the proper folding of nascent proteins and the refolding or degradation of misfolded proteins. This protein is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and inflammatory disorders. Studies have shown that HSPA1A can influence tumor progression and response to therapy, making it a potential biomarker for cancer prognosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. Additionally, the reconstitution of HSPA1A as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways more precisely. Insights gained from HSPA1A research may lead to novel strategies for targeting diseases related to protein misfolding and cellular stress responses, highlighting the significance of this protein in both basic biology and clinical applications.
