稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LARP6, or La-related protein 6, is a member of the La protein family that plays a crucial role in the regulation of RNA metabolism and cellular stress responses. Research has shown that LARP6 is involved in the stabilization and translation of specific mRNAs, particularly those encoding for factors that are essential for cell growth and proliferation. Its function is significant in various biological processes, including the regulation of gene expression, response to environmental stress, and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Furthermore, LARP6 has been implicated in several disease states, notably cancer, where altered expression and activity of this protein can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Given its critical roles, there is growing interest in studying LARP6 as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker. This research aims to elucidate the functional mechanisms of LARP6 at the molecular level, including its interactions with various RNA and protein partners. Recombinant LARP6 proteins are being produced to facilitate these studies, allowing for detailed analysis of its structure, functional domains, and regulatory mechanisms. Insights gained from this research could provide a deeper understanding of LARP6's contributions to cellular functions and its potential implications in disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies.
