Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GSKIP, or Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Interacting Protein, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its role in modulating key signaling pathways associated with cellular growth and differentiation. Emerging research has highlighted GSKIP as a critical regulator of glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3), a pivotal enzyme involved in a variety of cellular processes, including metabolism, gene expression, and apoptosis. Given GSK3's involvement in numerous diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes, understanding the structural and functional properties of GSKIP is crucial. Recombination-derived GSKIP proteins enable scientists to dissect its interactions with GSK3 and other cellular components, providing insights into the mechanistic underpinnings of GSK3-related pathways. Additionally, GSKIP's potential as a therapeutic target raises the need for in-depth investigations into its biochemical properties and the development of targeted interventions. Consequently, the study of GSKIP recombination proteins not only enhances our understanding of cellular signaling networks but also paves the way for novel therapeutic strategies in treating conditions where GSK3 activity is dysregulated.
