Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SN proteins, or soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive-factor attachment protein receptors, play a crucial role in the process of membrane trafficking and vesicle fusion within cells. These proteins are integral to the SNARE (Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) complex, which facilitates the fusion of vesicles with target membranes, a fundamental aspect of cellular communication and transport. Research on SN proteins has garnered significant attention due to their involvement in various physiological processes, including neurotransmitter release in neurons, hormone secretion, and organelle dynamics. Dysregulation of SN protein function is linked to several diseases, such as neurodegenerative disorders and diabetes, emphasizing their importance in both health and disease. Advances in structural biology and biophysics have allowed for a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying SN protein interactions and their role in cellular functions. By studying SN proteins, researchers aim to unveil potential therapeutic targets for modulating vesicular transport, thus paving the way for novel treatments for diverse medical conditions.
