Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABP1 (Auxin-Binding Protein 1) is a significant protein in plant biology, primarily involved in auxin signaling and transport. This protein has garnered attention due to its crucial role in regulating various developmental processes, including cell elongation, division, and differentiation, all of which are vital for plant growth and response to environmental stimuli. Research on ABP1 has revealed its capacity to bind auxin, a key plant hormone that orchestrates numerous physiological processes. The exploration of ABP1's mechanisms has implications for understanding plant adaptation to stress, enhancing crop yield, and developing biotechnological applications. Moreover, studies suggest that ABP1 may interact with multiple signaling pathways, indicating its potential as a hub in plant signaling networks. Investigating the recombinant form of ABP1 enables researchers to delve deeper into its functional properties, biochemical interactions, and its significance in the context of auxin-mediated responses. As the world faces challenges posed by climate change and food security, further understanding of proteins like ABP1 could lead to innovative solutions to enhance plant resilience and productivity. The recombinant protein studies not only aid in elucidating the basic biology of plant growth but also pave the way for applications in genetic engineering and synthetic biology, ultimately contributing to the advancement of sustainable agricultural practices.
