稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-DRB3, a member of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system, is crucial for the immune response as it presents peptides to T cells, thereby influencing immune system functioning and susceptibility to various diseases. Understanding the genetic diversity and expression of HLA-DRB3 is essential, given its role in autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and transplantation. The polymorphic nature of HLA genes makes them vital in studies related to immunology and genetics. Researchers have been focusing on recombinant proteins of HLA-DRB3 to study their structure, function, and interactions with other molecules. This research contributes to unraveling the complexities of antigen presentation and T cell activation, which are pivotal in vaccine development and therapeutic strategies. The ability to produce and characterize HLA-DRB3 recombinant proteins also facilitates the investigation of its role in disease susceptibility and the development of personalized medicine approaches. As the field progresses, the insights gained from HLA-DRB3 studies could lead to improved diagnostic tools and targeted therapies for conditions where the immune system plays a significant role.
