Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK7 (Cytokeratin 7) is a type of intermediate filament protein that plays a crucial role in the structural integrity of epithelial cells. It is widely studied in the context of various cancers, as its expression patterns can serve as important biomarkers for tumor classification and diagnosis. CK7 is predominantly expressed in specific epithelial tissues, including the lungs, ovaries, and biliary tract, and its presence or absence can help differentiate between primary and metastatic tumors. Recent research has focused on the production and characterization of recombinant CK7 proteins, which are vital for elucidating the protein's functional properties and its role in cellular processes. Recombinant CK7 can be utilized in various applications, such as immunohistochemistry, where it aids in the identification of specific tumor types, and in studying the molecular mechanisms of cancer progression. Moreover, the development of recombinant CK7 provides a platform for therapeutic advancements, including the potential use of CK7-targeted therapies. As researchers continue to explore CK7's implications in cancer biology, understanding its expression and regulation may lead to improved diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.
