稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAST4 (Microtubule-Associated Serine-Threonine kinase 4) is a member of the MAST (Microtubule-associated serine/threonine kinase) family, which plays a crucial role in cell signaling and cytoskeletal dynamics. Research on MAST4 has gained attention due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes, including cell division, differentiation, and response to stress. Notably, alterations in MAST4 expression have been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The interest in MAST4 as a therapeutic target stems from its kinase activity, which can modulate signaling pathways critical for tumor growth and progression. Furthermore, studies have hinted at its role in microtubule stability and organization, suggesting that MAST4 might influence cellular architecture and motility. Researchers are actively investigating its biological functions, regulatory mechanisms, and potential as a biomarker for disease diagnosis or prognosis. By understanding the molecular underpinnings of MAST4 function and its interactions with other cellular components, novel therapeutic strategies could be developed, highlighting the significance of MAST4 in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
