Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HIRA (Highly Interactive Regulatory Antigen) is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin remodeling, playing a significant role in cellular processes such as differentiation, development, and response to environmental stimuli. Research into HIRA has gained traction due to its implications in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders. This protein functions primarily as a histone chaperone, facilitating the deposition of histone variants into nucleosomes, which is essential for maintaining genome integrity and regulating gene accessibility. The reconstitution and study of HIRA in vitro have provided valuable insights into its structure-function relationships, revealing its complex interactions with other chromatin-associated proteins and its dynamic role in the assembly of transcriptionally active chromatin. Furthermore, understanding the mechanisms by which HIRA influences gene expression patterns opens up new avenues for therapeutic interventions, especially in contexts where these pathways are dysregulated. As the demand for targeted therapies in precision medicine grows, investigating the molecular underpinnings of HIRA's function may lead to innovative treatment strategies for various pathologies, making it a focal point of contemporary epigenetic research.
