稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBQLN1 (Ubiquilin 1) is a protein with critical roles in the regulation of protein degradation and cellular homeostasis, primarily functioning as a shuttling protein that connects ubiquitinated substrates to the proteasome for degradation. Its involvement in various cellular processes, including stress responses and protein quality control, highlights its significance in maintaining cellular integrity. Research has shown that UBQLN1 plays a pivotal role in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, where it is implicated in the aggregation of misfolded proteins. Given its essential functions and the potential implications in disease pathogenesis, the study of recombinant UBQLN1 protein has gained attention. Researchers aim to produce and characterize this protein to better understand its structural and functional properties, investigate its interactions with other cellular components, and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. By generating recombinant UBQLN1 in a controlled laboratory environment, scientists can analyze its role in cellular signaling pathways and protein degradation mechanisms, ultimately providing insights into its contributions to disease and paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic interventions.
