稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GDI2 (GDP dissociation inhibitor 2) is a key regulatory protein involved in the regulation of Rho GTPases, which are important for various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and signal transduction. Recent studies have highlighted that GDI2 plays a significant role in cancer biology, particularly in influencing tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Elevated expression levels of GDI2 have been associated with poor prognosis in several types of cancers, indicating its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. The study of GDI2 recombinant protein has gained attention as it can provide insights into the molecular mechanisms governing its function and interactions with Rho GTPases. Understanding the structural and functional properties of GDI2 via recombinant technology facilitates the exploration of its role in the regulation of cell signaling pathways and cellular morphology. Additionally, recombinant GDI2 can serve as a valuable tool for developing targeted therapies and interventions in cancer treatment, offering prospects for improving therapeutic outcomes in patients with GDI2-associated malignancies. As such, research on GDI2 recombinant protein not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of cell biology but also holds promise for advancing precision medicine approaches in oncology.
