稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HEMK2 (Heme Oxygenase-1 and Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase) is a key enzyme involved in the catabolism of heme, playing a crucial role in cellular response to stress and inflammation. The study of HEMK2 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in various pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders. Research indicates that HEMK2 may modulate oxidative stress and contribute to cytoprotection, making it a target of interest for therapeutic interventions. Moreover, the recombinant expression of HEMK2 allows for detailed investigations into its structural and functional properties, facilitating the exploration of its enzymatic activity and regulatory mechanisms. Understanding the role of this protein at the molecular level may lead to the development of novel strategies for disease management and enhance our comprehension of heme metabolism. As the demand for high-quality recombinant proteins in research and therapeutic applications continues to grow, the production and characterization of HEMK2 can provide valuable insight into its biological significance and potential uses in medicine.
