Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL23A, a ribosomal protein belonging to the L23 family, plays a crucial role in ribosome assembly and protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells. Due to its essential function in the ribosomal structure, RPL23A is implicated in various cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, and response to stress. Research has shown that RPL23A may be involved in the regulation of gene expression and may have potential roles in tumorigenesis, making it a protein of interest in cancer studies. Additionally, mutations or dysregulation of RPL23A have been linked to several genetic disorders. The generation of recombinant RPL23A protein is vital for in-depth functional studies, enabling researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interactions with other ribosomal components, and its role in translational control. By studying the recombinant form of RPL23A, scientists aim to gain insights into its molecular mechanisms and potential implications in therapy for diseases associated with ribosomal dysfunctions.
