Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GAS7 (Growth arrest-specific 7) is a protein that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including neuronal differentiation, apoptosis, and the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics. Research on GAS7 has gained significance due to its implications in neurodevelopmental disorders and cancers. Studies indicate that GAS7 is involved in the cellular response to stress and is upregulated during growth arrest, which is vital for understanding cellular adaptation mechanisms. Moreover, its association with the actin cytoskeleton highlights its potential role in morphogenetic changes during development. Recombining GAS7 as a recombinant protein has opened new avenues for research, allowing for detailed studies on its biochemical properties and interactions with other molecules. This is particularly important for elucidating its function in signaling pathways and identifying potential therapeutic targets for diseases where GAS7 is implicated. Understanding the structure and function of GAS7 at a molecular level could provide insights into its role in both normal development and pathological conditions, further emphasizing its importance in biomedical research.
