Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HBS1L (HBS1 like, translational release factor) is a protein involved in the regulation of translation termination and ribosome recycling. It has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes, including hematopoiesis and immune responses. Research indicates that HBS1L plays a crucial role in maintaining normal erythropoiesis and has been implicated in disorders such as beta-thalassemia and sickle cell disease, where altered erythrocyte production and function occur. The development of recombinant HBS1L protein has been pursued to better understand its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with ribosomal components and other factors involved in protein synthesis. This recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating mechanisms of translation regulation and investigating the protein's involvement in disease contexts. By studying HBS1L, researchers aim to uncover therapeutic targets and biomarkers that could lead to novel interventions for related hematological disorders, emphasizing its significance in both basic research and clinical applications.
