Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
H2BFWT is a restructured protein derived from histone-like proteins, which play a crucial role in chromatin structure and gene regulation. The importance of histone proteins in cellular processes has stimulated research into their functional roles and potential therapeutic applications. H2BFWT is engineered to enhance specific biochemical properties, which can be applied in various fields such as cancer research, gene therapy, and regenerative medicine. The alteration of histone functions through modifications or restructured variants like H2BFWT offers insights into the epigenetic landscape and transcriptional regulation. Researchers are particularly interested in how the manipulation of these proteins can lead to innovative strategies for gene expression control and epigenetic reprogramming. This makes H2BFWT not only a significant subject of academic inquiry but also a promising candidate for biotechnological developments in targeted therapies. Understanding the mechanisms through which H2BFWT operates and its interactions with other cellular components could lead to breakthroughs in addressing diseases influenced by epigenetic factors. As a versatile and powerful tool in molecular biology, H2BFWT stands at the crossroads of fundamental research and potential clinical application, emphasizing the growing intersection of protein engineering, epigenetics, and therapeutic innovation.
