Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The BLH1 protein, a member of the basic leucine-zipper (bZIP) family of transcription factors, has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology and plant sciences due to its pivotal role in regulating stress responses and developmental processes. Initially identified in various plant species, BLH1 is implicated in the modulation of gene expression under abiotic stress conditions such as drought, salinity, and extreme temperatures. Its unique bZIP domain allows it to bind to specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing downstream target genes involved in stress adaptation and growth regulation. Recent studies have elucidated the mechanisms by which BLH1 interacts with other transcription factors and signaling pathways, highlighting its potential as a critical component in the intricate network governing plant resilience. Furthermore, advances in biotechnology have raised the prospect of harnessing BLH1 for crop improvement, enabling the development of genetically modified plants with enhanced tolerance to environmental stresses. As research progresses, understanding the functional dynamics and regulatory networks involving BLH1 will be vital for leveraging its capabilities in sustainable agriculture and environmental management.
