Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM107B, also known as family with sequence similarity 107 member B, is a protein that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified through genomic studies, FAM107B is believed to be involved in regulation mechanisms associated with cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that FAM107B may play a critical role in cancer biology, particularly in tumorigenesis and metastasis, making it a subject of investigation as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target in malignancies. Additionally, studies have linked FAM107B to various neurological disorders, indicating its importance in neuronal functions. The recombinant expression of FAM107B protein provides a valuable tool for elucidating its functional roles in cellular pathways and interactions. By producing this protein in a laboratory setting, researchers can conduct detailed biochemical assays, structural studies, and functional analyses to explore its mechanisms of action and contribution to disease. As such, recombinant FAM107B has applications in drug discovery and the development of targeted therapies, thereby holding promise for advancing our understanding and treatment of diseases where FAM107B is implicated. Overall, the exploration of FAM107B through recombinant protein studies is a critical step towards unraveling its biological significance and potential clinical relevance.
