Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPSF1 (Cleavage and Polyadenylation Specificity Factor 1) is a key component of the cleavage and polyadenylation machinery in eukaryotic cells, playing a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of messenger RNA (mRNA). This protein is part of a larger complex that recognizes specific sequences in the pre-mRNA and facilitates its cleavage, leading to the addition of a poly(A) tail, which is vital for mRNA stability, nuclear export, and translation. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of CPSF1 not only in mRNA processing but also in various cellular processes, including gene expression regulation and cellular response to stress. Aberrations in CPSF1 function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, signaling a potential role as a therapeutic target. Investigating CPSF1 through recombinant protein studies enables a detailed exploration of its structural and functional characteristics, offering insights into its interactions with other RNA processing factors and its regulatory mechanisms. Such research is crucial for understanding the broader implications of CPSF1 in cellular homeostasis and its potential contributions to disease pathology.
