Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FBXO44, a member of the F-box protein family, plays a critical role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is essential for protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. The F-box domain allows these proteins to interact with specific substrates and E3 ubiquitin ligases, thereby influencing various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, and responses to environmental stimuli. Recent studies have begun to unravel the physiological roles of FBXO44, linking it to various biological functions and potential implications in diseases such as cancer, where dysregulation of protein degradation pathways can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. Given its involvement in critical cellular pathways, research on FBXO44-recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structure, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. This knowledge could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting FBXO44-related pathways, contributing to the development of targeted treatments for diseases characterized by aberrant protein degradation. The investigation of FBXO44 also holds promise for enhancing our understanding of fundamental cellular processes, making it a significant focus in cell biology and molecular research.
