Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASCC3 (APAF1-containing stem cell and cancer-associated protein 3) is an important member of the ASC (apoptotic protease-activating factor 1-containing signaling complex) family, known for its role in regulating apoptosis and cellular stress responses. Research into ASCC3 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cancer pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Studies have shown that ASCC3 is overexpressed in several malignancies, influencing tumor growth and survival by modulating key signaling cascades. Its function in DNA repair mechanisms has also drawn attention, linking it to genomic stability and the cellular response to DNA damage. The investigation of ASCC3 recombinant proteins allows for detailed studies of its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. Understanding the biochemical properties and mechanisms of ASCC3 is essential for elucidating its role in oncogenesis and could pave the way for novel cancer treatments or biomarkers. The availability of recombinant ASCC3 proteins facilitates high-throughput screening and drug discovery efforts aimed at targeting cancer cells that rely on ASCC3-mediated pathways for survival. Thus, the study of ASCC3 represents a significant avenue for advancing our knowledge of cancer biology and developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
