Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNAI1, a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein alpha subunit family, plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell growth, and differentiation. Mutations and dysregulation of GNAI1 have been implicated in several pathological conditions, particularly certain types of cancers and neurological disorders. The study of recombinant GNAI1 protein has gained traction in recent years, as it provides a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and regulation. By producing GNAI1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its interactions with various signaling pathways and other proteins, elucidating its role in health and disease. Furthermore, this research holds promise for the development of targeted therapeutic strategies aimed at correcting the dysfunctional signaling processes associated with GNAI1 abnormalities. Overall, the investigation of GNAI1 recombinant protein offers essential insights into the complex biology of G-proteins, with significant implications for the fields of biochemistry, pharmacology, and molecular medicine.
