稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LSP1 (Lymphocyte-Specific Protein 1) is an important protein that plays a critical role in various immune responses and cellular processes. Initially identified in lymphocytes, LSP1 is involved in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics, cellular motility, and signal transduction pathways. Its expression is closely associated with hematopoietic lineages, and it has been implicated in both the development and function of immune cells, particularly in T and B cell responses. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of LSP1 in inflammation and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and cancers. The research on LSP1 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its precise mechanisms of action and potential therapeutic applications. By producing and characterizing LSP1 in a recombinant form, researchers can better understand its role in immune regulation and interaction with various cellular components. This knowledge can lead to novel strategies for modulating immune responses in diseases and developing new biotherapeutic agents. Overall, the study of LSP1 and its recombinant forms holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of the immune system and therapeutic interventions in immune-related disorders.
