Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LY75 (lymphocyte antigen 75), also known as DEC205, is a C-type lectin receptor predominantly expressed on dendritic cells and some other immune cells. Its primary role involves the recognition and internalization of antigens, facilitating their presentation to T cells, thereby playing a crucial part in immune response regulation. Research into LY75 recombinant protein has gained traction due to its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. By targeting LY75, scientists aim to enhance antigen delivery and improve the efficacy of vaccines, particularly for cancers and infectious diseases. Furthermore, studies have explored the use of LY75 as a vehicle for delivering therapeutics, allowing for directed activation of the immune system specifically against tumors. Understanding the structural and functional properties of LY75 recombinant protein can provide insights into its immunological roles and pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies. As the field of immunology continues to evolve, LY75 remains a significant focus, with ongoing research aimed at elucidating its mechanisms and optimizing its use in clinical applications.
