稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EBAG9, or Estrogen Receptor Binding Fragment Associated Gene 9, is a protein that plays a significant role in various biological processes, particularly in cancer biology and immune response. Initially identified in breast cancer cells, EBAG9 has been implicated in the regulation of estrogen receptor signaling, which is crucial for the growth and progression of hormone-sensitive tumors. Research has shown that EBAG9 can act as an oncogene, promoting tumor cell proliferation and survival by modulating apoptotic pathways and enhancing cell migration. Additionally, its expression levels have been correlated with poor prognosis in certain cancers, indicating its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Beyond cancer, EBAG9 has also been found to influence immune responses, making it a target of interest for immunotherapy. The study of EBAG9's structure and function, particularly through recombinant protein techniques, is essential for understanding its role in these processes at a molecular level. Recombinant EBAG9 protein can be used in various assays to elucidate its mechanism of action, interaction with other proteins, and potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, ongoing research into EBAG9 offers promising insights into cancer biology and immune modulation, highlighting its relevance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
