稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPA2, or Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase 2, is an essential enzyme in the gluconeogenesis metabolic pathway, predominantly expressed in liver and kidney tissues. Its primary role is to facilitate the conversion of oxaloacetate to phosphoenolpyruvate, utilizing GTP as a cofactor, which is crucial for maintaining glucose homeostasis, especially during fasting and in diabetic conditions. Dysregulation of PPA2 has been linked to metabolic disorders, including type 2 diabetes and obesity, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant expression of PPA2 to explore its structure, function, and potential as a drug target. By producing PPA2 in a laboratory setting, scientists can obtain large quantities of the enzyme for detailed biochemical characterization and to investigate its interactions with other metabolic regulators. This recombinant protein can also serve as a valuable tool for screening inhibitors that may help in correcting metabolic imbalances. Understanding PPA2's role at the molecular level could provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and pave the way for developing novel strategies for managing metabolic diseases. As the prevalence of such disorders continues to rise globally, research on PPA2 and its recombinant protein holds promise for contributing to better therapeutic solutions and improving patient outcomes in metabolic health.
