Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANG1, or Angiopoietin-1, is a crucial protein in the regulation of angiogenesis, the process by which new blood vessels form from existing ones. This protein plays a significant role in vascular development, stability, and remodeling, making it essential for various physiological processes and disease states, including tumor growth and cardiovascular disorders. Research into ANG1 has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in promoting vascular integrity and aiding tissue regeneration. Scientists have focused on recombinant forms of ANG1 to study its biological effects and mechanisms of action in both in vitro and in vivo models. The recombinant ANG1 protein allows for controlled experimentation, helping to elucidate its interactions with the Tie2 receptor and its influence on endothelial cell behavior. Furthermore, understanding the precise role of ANG1 in pathological conditions opens avenues for novel treatments aimed at enhancing angiogenesis in ischemic tissues or inhibiting aberrant blood vessel formation in tumors. As such, ANG1 not only serves as a vital component in the field of endothelial biology but also holds promise for the development of innovative therapeutic strategies targeting vascular-related diseases.
