Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ES (excretory-secretory) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the field of immunology and vaccine development, particularly in the context of parasitic infections. ES proteins, secreted by various parasites such as helminths and protozoa, play critical roles in the modulation of host immune responses and are pivotal for the parasites' survival and reproduction within the host. Researchers have focused on identifying and characterizing these proteins to understand their mechanisms of action and the ways they may influence host immunity. Moreover, the potential of ES proteins as vaccine candidates is being explored, as they may elicit protective immune responses without the risk of eliciting pathogenicity. Advances in molecular biology techniques, including recombinant DNA technology, have enabled the production of these proteins in vitro, facilitating detailed studies on their immunogenic properties. The ability to generate large quantities of pure ES recombinant proteins allows for thorough investigation into their structure-function relationships and the development of diagnostic tools and therapeutics. Thus, research on ES recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of host-parasite interactions but also opens new avenues for innovative strategies in disease prevention and control.
