Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Immunoglobulin A1 (IgA1) is a crucial antibody isotype predominantly found in mucosal areas, playing a vital role in the immune response by protecting mucosal surfaces from pathogens. Its heavy chain is composed of a variable region that determines antigen specificity and a constant region that interacts with other immune components. The importance of IgA1 in maintaining mucosal immunity and its involvement in various diseases, such as IgA nephropathy and certain autoimmune disorders, has spurred extensive research into its structure and function. Recombinant technology has enabled the production of IgA1 proteins for use in immunological studies, vaccine development, and therapeutic applications. Researchers focus on understanding the glycosylation patterns and molecular mechanisms underlying IgA1's function to enhance its protective properties and therapeutic potential. Furthermore, the exploration of IgA1's role in microbiota interaction and its relationship with chronic inflammatory conditions has opened new avenues for understanding disease pathogenesis and developing innovative treatments. By harnessing the capabilities of recombinant protein technology, scientists aim to elucidate the multifaceted roles of IgA1 in both health and disease, paving the way for novel strategies in immunotherapy and vaccine design.
