Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PCPE2 (PCP-2) is a protein that has garnered attention for its potential role in various biological processes and diseases, particularly in cancer progression and development. This protein is part of the family of PCP proteins, which interact with proteins involved in cell signaling and adhesion, influencing cellular functions such as proliferation, migration, and differentiation. Research indicates that PCPE2 may play a crucial role in the regulation of the extracellular matrix, thereby affecting tissue remodeling and tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, studies have suggested that altered expression of PCPE2 is linked to several malignancies, making it a candidate for biomarker development and therapeutic targeting. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying PCPE2’s function could provide insights into its involvement in tumorigenesis and metastasis, as well as offer potential avenues for novel cancer treatment strategies. As such, investigations into PCPE2 not only enhance our knowledge of cancer biology but also contribute to the identification of new prognostic and therapeutic targets in oncology.
