Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANAPC5, a key component of the Anaphase Promoting Complex/Cyclosome (APC/C), plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle by targeting specific substrates for ubiquitin-mediated degradation during mitosis. This process is essential for the orderly progression of cell division, as it ensures the timely destruction of proteins that inhibit mitosis and facilitate the transition from metaphase to anaphase. Dysregulation of ANAPC5 and the APC/C complex has been implicated in various cancers, highlighting its importance in maintaining genomic stability. Research on ANAPC5 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its structural and functional characteristics, exploring its interaction with other co-factors in the APC/C complex, and understanding its mechanisms of action at the molecular level. By studying ANAPC5, scientists aim to uncover potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment, as manipulating its function could provide insights into how to control cell proliferation and tumor growth. The development of recombinant ANAPC5 proteins allows for advanced biochemical assays, structural analyses, and the design of inhibitors that may serve as valuable tools in cancer research and drug development. Understanding the intricacies of ANAPC5 not only contributes to basic cell biology but also offers pathways for innovative approaches in cancer therapeutics.
