Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRLF2 (Cytokine Receptor-Like Factor 2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including hematopoiesis and immune responses. Its significance has been highlighted in the context of hematological malignancies, particularly in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), where CRLF2 is often found to be overexpressed or mutated. This dysregulation is associated with poor prognosis in patients, prompting extensive research into its functional implications and pathways. The interest in CRLF2 also stems from its involvement in cytokine signaling, which is critical for cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of CRLF2 to investigate its structure-function relationship, explore its interactions with other signaling molecules, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the generation of CRLF2 recombinant proteins enables the development of specific antibodies for diagnostic tools and research applications. Understanding the mechanisms by which CRLF2 contributes to leukemogenesis may provide insights into novel treatment strategies, making it a pivotal area of research in cancer biology and therapeutics.
