Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCNG1, or Cyclin G1, is a member of the cyclin family, known for its role in regulating cell cycle progression and cellular responses to stress. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various biological processes, particularly in cancer research, where it may act as a tumor suppressor. Dysregulation of CCNG1 has been implicated in the progression of several malignancies, making it a potential biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, CCNG1 is involved in the modulation of apoptosis and DNA damage response, further underscoring its importance in maintaining genomic stability. Given these functions, researchers have focused on the expression and characterization of recombinant CCNG1 protein to better understand its biological activities and therapeutic potential. By producing this protein in a controlled environment, scientists aim to investigate its interactions with other cellular molecules, elucidate its precise role in cell cycle regulation, and explore its potential as a target for cancer therapies. The study of CCNG1, particularly in its recombinant form, can provide valuable insights into its mechanisms of action and its contributions to malignancies, paving the way for novel approaches in cancer treatment and management.
