稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL28, also known as mucosae-associated epithelial chemokine (MEC), is a member of the CC chemokine family that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in the recruitment of immune cells to mucosal tissues such as the gut and mammary glands. Its ability to specifically attract lymphocytes, especially memory T cells and B cells, makes it a key player in mucosal immunity and homeostasis. Research on CCL28 has garnered attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancers that affect mucosal tissues. Recombinant CCL28 protein has been generated for use in various experimental settings to further investigate its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Such studies aim to elucidate its role in immune responses, tissue repair, and inflammation, providing insights that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting mucosal diseases. Understanding the molecular pathways that CCL28 influences can also contribute to developing vaccines aimed at enhancing mucosal immunity. Overall, research on CCL28 recombinant protein serves as a foundation for exploring its applications in immunotherapy and the development of targeted treatments for diseases characterized by mucosal dysregulation.
