稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RHO proteins, part of the Rho GTPase family, play a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, and signal transduction. Their dysregulation has been linked to numerous diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. Research on RHO proteins has garnered significant interest due to their potential as therapeutic targets. Reconstituting RHO proteins as recombinant proteins allows for detailed studies on their biochemical properties, interaction networks, and regulatory mechanisms. This approach not only aids in understanding the molecular underpinnings of RHO function but also enhances the development of small molecules and biologics that can modulate RHO activity. As scientists continue to unravel the complexities of RHO signaling pathways, the overarching goal remains to leverage this knowledge to uncover novel strategies for disease intervention and treatment. Through advances in protein expression systems and purification techniques, the study of RHO recombinant proteins is leading to promising insights that may ultimately translate into improved clinical outcomes.
