Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAB39L, a member of the CAB39 family, has garnered significant interest in biochemical studies due to its role in cellular signaling pathways and potential implications in various diseases. As a scaffold protein, CAB39L is known to interact with multiple kinases, such as the AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), which plays a critical role in energy homeostasis. Recent research highlights its involvement in regulating cell proliferation, apoptosis, and metabolic processes. Additionally, aberrations in CAB39L expression have been associated with several pathological conditions, including cancer and metabolic disorders. The recombinant form of CAB39L allows for detailed investigation of its functional properties, interactions, and structural characteristics, which are crucial for understanding its biological significance. By employing techniques such as X-ray crystallography and NMR spectroscopy, researchers aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms through which CAB39L influences cellular functions. Furthermore, studying CAB39L helps in identifying novel therapeutic targets and strategies, particularly in the context of diseases stemming from dysregulated signaling pathways. As the understanding of CAB39L's role expands, it holds promise for contributing to advancements in biomedical research and the development of targeted therapies.
