Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CAB39, also known as MO25, is a member of the Ste20-related kinase family that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in the regulation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and the mTOR signaling cascade. Research has shown that CAB39 is essential for the activation of AMPK in response to metabolic stress, which makes it a key player in energy homeostasis and cellular metabolism. Dysregulation of CAB39 has been associated with various diseases, including obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Moreover, CAB39 has been implicated in the modulation of cell growth, apoptosis, and autophagy, thereby influencing overall cellular health and function. The recombinant expression of CAB39 protein facilitates detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interactions with other proteins, contributing to the understanding of its role in health and disease. Investigating CAB39 not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also provides insights into potential drug development strategies aimed at modulating its activity for therapeutic benefit. The ongoing research in this field aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which CAB39 functions, paving the way for innovative treatment options for metabolic and proliferative diseases.
