Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SYTL2, a member of the synaptotagmin-like protein family, plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics, particularly in the nervous system and other tissues. Research into SYTL2 has garnered attention due to its involvement in various physiological processes, including vesicle transport, exocytosis, and neuronal signaling. Recent studies have indicated that SYTL2 might also be linked to certain neurological disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant expression of SYTL2 protein allows for detailed structural and functional analyses, facilitating the understanding of its mechanisms within cellular environments. Furthermore, studying the protein's interactions with other cellular components enhances our knowledge of its role in cellular communication and pathology. Overall, the exploration of SYTL2 through recombinant protein studies is pivotal for unraveling its contributions to normal physiology and disease, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies targeting its pathways.
This interest in SYTL2 underscores the broader significance of membrane trafficking proteins in cellular health and disease, highlighting the need for continued research in this area.
