Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CP (chaperone protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their crucial role in aiding protein folding and assembly within the cellular environment. Chaperones are essential for maintaining protein homeostasis, especially under stress conditions where misfolding can lead to aggregation and loss of function. Misfolded proteins are associated with various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, making the understanding of chaperone mechanisms vital for therapeutic development. Recombinant DNA technology has enabled the production of these proteins in large quantities, allowing for detailed functional studies and the exploration of their interactions with other cellular molecules. Moreover, CPs have potential applications in biotechnology, such as enhancing the yield and quality of recombinant proteins in industrial settings. Research into the structure-function relationships of chaperone proteins, along with advances in techniques like cryo-electron microscopy and NMR spectroscopy, has provided deeper insights into their action. Understanding these mechanisms not only furthers basic biological knowledge but also opens avenues for innovative strategies in drug development and protein engineering. Therefore, the ongoing investigation of CP recombinant proteins is essential for both foundational science and practical applications in health and industry.
