稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BEST1 (Bacterial Endotoxin Sensor 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in the recognition of bacterial endotoxins and the modulation of inflammatory responses. Its study has garnered significant attention due to its implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammatory conditions. The protein is known to form a channel in cellular membranes, allowing the passage of ions and signaling molecules, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to pathogenic challenges. Research into BEST1 has revealed its involvement in signaling pathways that regulate inflammation, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Additionally, mutations in the BEST1 gene have been linked to retinal degeneration and other hereditary diseases, further highlighting its importance in human health. Recent advancements in structural biology and molecular techniques have shed light on the protein’s functional mechanisms, paving the way for the development of novel strategies to manipulate its activity in disease contexts. Understanding the role of BEST1 in immune signaling and its interactions with other cellular components could lead to innovative treatments for inflammatory diseases and support the design of new biomaterials that harness the protein's unique properties. Thus, ongoing research aims to elucidate the multifaceted roles of BEST1 within the immune response and its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine.
